CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS: Cancellations will be accepted only until item(s) are shipped. Once shipped and received by the buyer, refunds or exchanges will be approved on a case by case basis only at my discretion.

Should you need an exchange, please contact me within 14 days of placing your order. For refunds, the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition and accompanied with your invoice. Shipping costs are not refundable.
