PAYMENT: Current payment methods are certified cashier's check, USPS money order (payment needs to be received within 5 business days), or credit card payments through Amazon.com or bank transaction/credit card payments through Pay Pal (payment needs to be received within 3 business days.

If payment is not received within this time frame, the order will be cancelled and the item re-listed in inventory.

SHIPPING: To the 48 contiguous states only (excludes Hawaii and Utah) and CANADA. Buyer is responsible for any customs, taxes, fees associated with shipping to Canada. Each order is shipped USPS flat rate in boxes provided by the Post Office and will be insured with delivery confirmation if allowed by the USPS on the larger items. Smaller items will ship the least expensive method, rather it be parcel post or first class.

Shipping for items that do not fit in USPS flat rate boxes will be in a corrugated cardboard box and the shipping cost is based on weight, insured amount and delivery confirmation and the customer will be contacted prior to shipping with those charges. Shipping costs to Alaska and Canada may be higher. The item(s) will ship within 2-3 business days from the date payment is received and validated (excluding holidays).

All handmade items are made in a smoke free, but not pet free environment. Each item is steam ironed while creating and delinted before being packaged for shipping.
