I create old-fashioned hand tied quilts, comforters and throws using hand pieced cotton, fleece or flannel tops, batting and hand pieced cotton, fleece, flannel or faux fur backing. Only the pieced cotton tops and hems are machine sewn, the rest is all done by hand.

This baby boy's medium size crib quilt (size: 45"Wx60"L) is hand tied w/dark & light lavender polyester fleece back and multicolored worsted wool yarn ties. The quilt top is 100% cotton (hand pieced) in aqua, brown, purple, lavender and green color variations with extra loft polyester batting.

This quilt is handmade, hand-tied (needle & yarn pulled through all layers of material from top to bottom then pulled back up from bottom to top with about 1/4" spacing, double knotted, then cut to about 1" in length) with hand sewn corners and hand measured, then zigzag stitched hem for extra durability and can be machine washed and dried.
